Complaints Procedure

Sometimes a parent/carer or other member of the community may wish to raise an issue with the school which has caused them concern.  To ensure that this issue is resolved, the school has a clear complaints policy and procedures which must be followed.

It is in everyone’s interest that concerns and complaints are resolved at the earliest possible stage. Many issues can be resolved informally, without the need to use the formal stages of the complaints procedure.  We understand however, that there are occasions when people would like to raise their concerns formally.  Cherry Orchard Primary School takes concerns seriously and will make every effort to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
